42. First Kiss!

Author's POV

"Mira, he is not breathing!"

Natalie called her in panic.

Mira got up and followed her towards the room. She saw Damon on the floor struggling to breathe, his face was angry red.

"Open the windows!"

Mira ordered her while kneeling beside Damon. She quickly loosened his tie and unbuttoned a few of his shirt buttons.

She helped him to sit and drink water.

Damon calmed down when he could breath normally but his face was still on fire.

Natalie frowned while sniffing him cigarette. She opened the half burnt cigarette and gasped.

"Oh my god, Damon! This is black pepper... Why does your cigarette have black pepper powder in it..."

Damon's eyes snapped towards Mira when he realised that she has done this.

Mira smirked while rubbing his back gently.

"Don't be surprised, husband..."

She whispered mockingly.

"You saw this coming!... You started something and fortunately didn't finish, I started something and didn't finish. Now we are equal!"
