CHAPTER SEVENTY NINE - MONICA'S TRUTH 

WILLIAMS’ POV

PRESENT DAY

“Mum I just wanted to know why you have a property in Monica's name kept in a safe” I stated in a firm voice. My hands crossed each other as I stared at her waiting for a reply from the woman who claimed to care so much about me.

My mum's expression changed from calm to shocked, her eyes widening in surprise. I could see through the facade she was trying to put up with hands.

“I asked a question mum, all this act you are trying to put up would definitely not work. Did you kill her?” I asked confused by her actions and my mind could only think of the worst of her at the moment.

“Why would you accuse me of killing a young lady I loved so much, we both lost someone precious, let me juggle your memory if you do not remember” she voiced out as the expression of shock that once enveloped her face slowly turned into anger.

“I did not kill her, if that makes you feel better” she said as she stared into my eyes. Her once calm eyes were now burning red.
