Chapter 3

Luigi's POV

I don't really understand what's going on, I've only been gone for about a month and I feel like a lot has happened in my friends' lives. I'm here now on the rooftop with Kaye while aunt is watching over Lovely.

"Kaye, does Lovely really not remember the man's face? Maybe she remembers somehow that man has to face his responsibility." I said.

I saw her drink her coffee first and then look at me. "Like I said, I don't really know Lui either, what I told you is just what she told me. I already warned her that she could get pregnant but she said she wasn't going after the father of her child because that wouldn't have happened if she hadn't been drunk."

I frowned. "Is she serious? There's a child involved in this,"

"She can't blame the man for what happened to them because she wanted it too, they were both drunk so that thing happened."

I just held my breath. "There is nothing we can do because that thing has already happened. All we can do is support and care for Lovely.  Come on and let's go back there, maybe our friend will wake up." I said.

When we entered Lovely's room, we found the doctor talking to Aunt while Lovely was awake, so we immediately approached her.

"How are you feeling ?" Kaye asked.

"We bought you food and you might be hungry," I said and arranged the food we bought.

When the doctor and Tita finished talking, he immediately left. "I'm sorry, maybe I was so tired that I passed out." Lovely said suddenly.

Aunt smiled at her. "You don't have to say sorry my daughter, what happened to you is not your fault and another thing is no matter how busy your daddy and I are we will always have a time for you."

"And one more thing, don't force yourself too much so that you and baby can be healthy, you also need to eat at the right time." Kaye's second.

"What baby are you talking about? I'm not pregnant. Sometimes you're really crazy," she said laughing, as if she didn't know the truth yet.

But when she saw that the expression on her face did not change, the smile on her lips gradually disappeared. "Wait, you're just kidding, aren't you, Kaye?" she asked.

"What your friend is saying is true, you are pregnant." I said.

"W-how did I not even notice? I thought I was just tired so I often feel dizzy and lose my appetite." Lovely promised.

"That's natural for pregnant women." Aunt explained.

"I-I don't know what to say." Lovely said weakly.

We can;'t help but to laughed because of her behavior. "So you have to take care of yourself, especially since you have a life to lead. I know it won't be easy for you, especially since it's your first time, but I know if you can deal with but if you will tell the truth to that child's father I know he will take charge of it." I said.

Lovely quickly fell silent because of the last thing I said so I approached her. "My child has no father," she  said seriously.

"I'm sorry about that Lovely but please take good care of yourself and the baby." I said.

"I will not do anything that will harm my child even if the child does not have a father, the child is still a blessing in my life." Lovely answered quickly.

"And you are not alone for the child. We will take good care of you and support you along." I said and aunt and Kaye agreed.

Even if my friend's chils does not have a father, we will make sure that he will be happy and that he will not feel that something is missing in his life.

"So please Lovely take care of yourself because it's your first time to get pregnant so it won't be easy for you. Eat at the right time, only healthy foods like vegetables and fruits. Also avoid stress and don't tired. "I said.

"What kind of drama is that, Kaye? Why are you crying?" I commented when I saw Kaye wiping, tears came out of her eyes.

"Yes, what's wrong with you? Come here and hug me. You're getting more emotional than I am." Lovely said.

Kaye came quickly and hugged Lovely." I'm just happy because you're finally going to have a baby." Kaye said.

"It's obvious that you used to be happy when you were screaming and now you're crying. Are you the one who's pregnant? It's unlikely to happen because you don't have a boyfriend." I tease her.

"As if you have a girlfriend, we both know you are single too." she promised.

I approached Lovely. "Congratulations, you're going to be a mother. I just went to another country and now you're going to have a baby." I said smiling.

"Thank you Lui, even I can't believe it." Lovely said smiling.

"Don't you plan to find the father then and tell him the truth?" I asked.

She smiled at me. "Actually, I would like to find him and tell him the truth. I'm thinking what if he doesn't accept my son? And what's worse, what if he already has a family? I don't want to spoil it. There's no one to blame in this matter because we did the same thing. And I still don't remember his face very well, it's not easy to find someone."

I held my breath. "Don't be sad and stop thinking about it. Don't think about the important thing now is the condition of the two of you." I promise.
