Kayden hadn't even composed from the argument with his wife over their marriage, that Caroline called him to talk privately in her room. He knew she was still upset with his decision on letting Eleanor work.

“What has happened to you Kayden? I have never seen you flouting royal culture. A Royal’s wife is supposed to look after the family. Even then I am letting Eleanor work because she wants to. But modeling? Never. If she wishes to keep herself occupied, offer her to assist you and Christopher in the family business.”

Kayden rubbed his temple briskly.

"Grandma, I have made up my mind already. Eleanor is going to continue modeling until she wants," Kayden asserted, his voice firm as he addressed his grandmother, Caroline.

Caroline's response was measured, her expression betraying a hint of skepticism as she mulled over Kayden's declaration. "I see," she muttered, her tone laced with disapproval. "She has totally brainwashed you."
