Dave quickly ran into the car and sat on the driver's seat before shoving the bag of snacks into the back seat of the car.

"Cruz, you can't give up so easily. Just because she's laughing happily with someone else doesn't mean she's over you. Even after you took those pictures of her and embarrassed her on several occasions, she forgave you and came back.
