65. Longing, guilt, uncertainty and the past

Kevin quietly made his way to the nearby bar counter, pouring himself a drink. Unbeknownst to him, Sara's eyes fluttered open, a thin layer of tears glistening in her eyes as she watched his back.

After a while, Kevin turned back.

As Kevin's drunken gaze locked with Sara's, a spark ignited between them. His eyes became filled with passion, intensified by the effects of the alcohol. Taking a deep swig of whisky, he found himself drawn back to her, his desire growing stronger. Sara sat leaning back, her gaze steady and determined as she looked at him.

Seated at the edge of the bed, Kevin's gaze fixated on Sara's enchanting face, captivated by her beauty. Her eyes, heavy with emotions, held a magnetic allure, while her slightly parted, pink lips beckoned to him. The sight of her consumed him, casting a haze over his thoughts and causing turmoil within him.

Kevin couldn't resist the pull any longer. He gently held Sara's face in his warm palms, possessiveness evident in his intense stare.
