264. Did you ditch October Villa just for this crap?

As the snow fell, covering the streets in a white blanket, people strolled, cuddling their partners for warmth. Noah sped in his car until a red signal halted him. Extinguishing his cigarette, he noticed a woman, shivering without warm attire. She was in formal clothing, seemingly off from work, hugging herself tightly in the snow. Noah's car stopped, he got out of the car, and seeing him, she paused in her tracks.

Noah quickly removed his blazer and draped it around Jemma, leading her to his car. He didn't hesitate, pulling her along by the wrist. Jemma complied, quietly seating herself. He fetched his warm coat from the back seat and gently wrapped it around her. Adjusting the car's temperature, Noah glanced at her as she gradually stopped shivering, now feeling warm and comfortable.

"Where's your car?" Noah asked.

Jemma softly responded, "I got home late that night, so... my stepmother..."

Noah's tone turned frosty. "Look at me."
