Chapter 181

When Liam arrived at Mr. Clark's mansion, one of his bodyguards opened the door for him, and he alighted the car along with James.

James looked around the place for a few minutes. He was surprised to see how many security guards were at Mr. Clark's mansion. His mansion was even more protected than the Danvers' manor, and it made James feel worried for Liam's safety because they were outnumbered, and they couldn't trust Mr. Clark, not even a little.

"Wow, he sure has a lot of security," James muttered nonchalantly, looking at Liam with a worried gaze.

Noticing the look of worry his bodyguard had, Liam briefly looked at his surroundings, before looking at James and nodding. "Yes, he does, but it's nothing to be afraid of, I don't think he would do anything stupid before getting what he wants." He replied nonchalantly.

Mr. Clark wanted something from him, and Liam suspected that to get it, he was going to try and trick him into giving it to him, instead of murdering him for it.

"And wha
