I had deliberately left Brad with Angel so they could spend time alone and I asked her nanny to stick around until she went to sleep because I wanted to shower.

I had thought Brad would call me to let me know when he wanted to leave. I was about to dry my hair when I heard a knock on my door.

I thought it was the nanny but to my surprise, Brad was the one in front of my door. I knew my dad was still in the living room and he was a light sleeper.

He would have stopped Brad from coming up to my room unless he was convinced I wanted him in my room. The fact that he didn't stop Brad, meant he had sneaked past him and that was enough to make me doubt his intentions.

I knew clearly how I felt around Brad and I wasn't letting myself fall for his plan, whatever it was.

I folded my arms and asked in a harsh tone, "What are you trying to do, Brad?"
