Pregnant again

“Ma'am, is everything okay?” One of the security guards standing outside the establishment walked towards Yvonne and inquired.

Yvonne took deep breaths to calm herself and maintain a composed expression before looking up at the security man. “All is good. My fiancé just said something hilarious,” she replied sarcastically, then walked past the man towards the building.

She took the stairs back up to the 5th floor, intentionally exhausting herself. She picked up her heels from where she had left them, put them on, and dragged her feet towards the VIP room where her well-prepared dinner still remained unfinished.

Yvonne sat down at the table, her face red from all the emotional turmoil. She pulled out a tissue, blew her nose, and began eating silently.

Her alcohol tolerance was low, so her side of the table consisted of water and non-alcoholic wine. But after finishing everything, she proceeded to drink the wine meant for David.

In less than an hour, having cleared everything on the tab
