CHAPTER FIVE : DRIVER OF THE JAGUAR

The morning begin with the same scoldings from my mom. God! This early morning scremes just pisses me off. I covered my ears with the pillow but still I doesn't seem to stop anytime soon. 

My mom comes and throws the pillow off from my ears, "Esha!!! Wake up... You don't want to go to office Today?" 

Shit! I wake up as soon as she said that. She herself was shocked seeing me wake up at one go. Sadly, I was working under this ruthless person. I can't help it anymore but cry looking at my life. I run to the washroom to get ready and it took me almost an hour to make myself look decent enough. 

I came out from the room and I didn't even have time to wave a bye to my family. I just stared at them and walked off to catch the bus. The same bus ride, the same problems, the same stupid office and th same stupid boss. Things I do to not get married! 

When the bus actually reached my stopping I pusbed everyone and jumped out because I was too late and couldn't help it in any way possible. I ran all way long to the third floor as the lift wasn't working.... Damn it! 

When I reached the third floor the first face I found was his. I knew my day was gonna end bad this time. He saw me and came. God! I don't want any more deduction please. 

"Do you know how to drive a car?" His deep voice made chills go through my veins. 

"Yes Sir!" I nodd my head. 

Wait? He didn't reduce my salary. How come? I knew he was upto somthing.

"Follow me Miss" 

Before I could get what he said, he started walking. 

Why is he this fast? I walked behind him! No, I ran behind him. We reached the ground floor again. My legs were gonna be paralysed by walking up and down. 

"Here, Catch it!" He throws his car key towards me. 

Shit! Thank goodness! I caught it. I can't even imagine what must have happen if it fell down. 

Stop! He is giving me his car key. Car key? That too his black Jaguar Key? 

"Excuse me Miss" he snaps his fingers. 

I have to cut my thoughts now. I got inside the car and was sitting in the driving seat! 

DRIVING SEAT! 

I was shivering to death. What is he planning? 

"Drive straight to the airport. No more discussion" his voice clearly said he was annoyed today. I didn't want to mess up with him more. So I decided to zip my mouth for once without letting out words. 

We finally reached the airport, I looked at him expecting him to tell something. 

"Park my car in the office and come to pick me tommorow evening at five." he slammed the car door and walks off. 

What? Till tommorow evening five. That means he is not going to be here for almost a day! Woahhhh! What can make me more happier than this?

Yessssss! I can have all fun untill Tommorow. No one can question me. I felt like I was god's favourite girl. Suddenly everything started making sense. 

I drove back carefully because I was driving his car. The black jaguar, so I need to be extra careful. I succuessfully reached back office safely and parked the car as he said. I was very happy because for the first time in my life I did something without any mistake. I walked towards my desk very proudly. 

"OMG! Are you fine? What did he do to you?" Vernoica hugs me

"I am fine, can't you see?" she was quick enough to notice the wide beam on my face. 

"What's up? Why so happy" she smiled back. 

I narrated her the whole incident and she ended up with the same wide beam as mine. 

"But he was pissed, maybe he fought with his girlfriend I guess" I chuckled 

"Esha....." she continues "Aadhvik doesn't have a girlfriend!" she stares at me like I am the most dumbest creature of mother earth. 

"WHAT?" I screamed. I completly didn't expect him to stay single. How come? 

"Shh.... What is wrong with you?" Veronica looks around to see wheather somone was looking at me or not. Obviously no one was looking at us because people in his office had their eyes glued to their computers. 

"He doesn't even have an Ex" Veronica grins. 

I didn't have any words to talk more. I was completly shocked. It took me hours to take it in. How come he not have a girlfriend? How is it even possible? I can even digest a stone if I eat it by mistake but this was somthing hard to digest. 

I was sitting on my computer with the files I was working on and still I couldn't concentrate much. Hours passed and, I could feel some one touching my face. Giving me a slight slap to be precise. I was immediatly got back to my senses. It was Veronica. 

"Esha it's lunch break, you don't want to take your lunch" she asks me with a confused look in her face. Probably she was wondering why was I not on my senses. 

"Come we will go" I got up and walked with her. 

We reached the canteen and brought the same sandwich and sat on the same cornor seat.

"Ma'am Bills" the man on the counter came and handed the bills to Vernoica and she paid. 

"Wait Veronica. Why are you payi-" 

"It's my treat?" She said before I could complete my sentence. 

"Treat? For what?" 

"Veronica is Dating?" Kiara came and hugged me from behind and took her seat. 

"Dating? Who?" I was too curious. 

"Nakul!" Veronica blushed 

"What happened? How you Started dating? How? How?" I was too desperate

"What do you expect? He was my facebook friend and he proposed me and" 

"You accpeted!" Kiara chuckles. 

"Whatever but show me his picture please" I tried snatching her phone 

"Ah ah No.... I won't show him now. Later" She slided her phone under the table.

I roll my eyes down to her phone but still she was stubborn. 

Lunch break was almost over and now I had too much surprise for today. I couldn't hold myself from knowing who is that Nakul. But Veronica is quite cleaver, she kept her phone in her pocket and sneeking in to take it is nearly impossible. I reached my table to only find piles of files arranged one after the other and now I have to work on them. 

His office is worst than hell I swear. What does he even think of himself. I was too immersed in thoughts and those files, don't even ask me what I am going through it his office. Ughh!!! 

"Its five Esha, I am leaving" Veronica once again hugged me and I gave a warm smile and she walked towards the steps. 

I had some more work to complete so it took me an hour and finally I completed all the file works for this week. So I head towards the lift and was waiting for almost half an hour and then it cracked my brain that the lift wasn't working.

Bullshit! 

I walked down the steps and ran towards the bus stop and missed my bus as usual. 

I looked at the time and it was six so the bus wouldnt come anytime soon. I looked back and find the huge buliding of "THE TIWARI GROUPS"

Suddenly some creppy thoughts pepped inside my little brain and I walked towards the office and took the most beautiful classy jaguar key from my bag. 

I don't regret for doing this. I comfortably sat inside the jaguar and turned on the air cooler. Wow! Why does this feel so heavenly? I drove to my home, and was about to park the car in front. 

NO! I slowly took the car back in reverse, parked it near the childrens park and dialled my house landline. God! Let Ruhi pick it please. 

"Hello" Ruhi yawns 

Didn't I tell you. She is always jobless to pick calls. That's the only job she probably got to do. 

"Ruhi sneek in and come out to the park!" I grin 

"Okay" she whispers because my mom should't find out. She knew I was upto something. 

She came out from my house and was serching for me in and around the park. She noticed the black jaguar but she didnt expect me to sit inside it. 

But now my little sister's tubelight brain was lit bright. She pauses for a second, looks at the car and walks towards it. She looks around to make sure no one was looking at her and now pulls the door open and gets inside. 

God! At times I wonder is she actually my sister. Either she is adopted or me. 

"Esha.... How you got his car?" she jumpes out of happiness. 

"Shall we go a ride?" I wink 

"Okay why not" she scremes. 

We go around the streets wandering around and I tell her what happened but now she is not ready to get anything whatever I am telling. She was so busy admiring the car. 

Finally we reached the park again and I parked the car behind the trees. Because no one owned a jaguar in my streets and definitely people would doubt. So I wasn't ready to leave any evidences.

"Happy?" I asked her

"Obviously Esha... I love you" She hugged me

"You know what Esha, This summer vacation we are going to Chaaya Aunty's home..... Yaaayyy" she howls 

What? Aunty Chaaya lives in Cannada and going there for this summer vacation would be super fun. Why did everything turn out to be good today? Aadhvik's face is lucky enough to make my day good. If looking at his face early in the morning would being me these many good lucks means I would never mind staring at him my whole life, that too be looks quite handsome. Ughh! Whatever. 

I looked at Ruhi and smiled. We both then got out from the car and walked towards the home. First Ruhi entered and then me after a couple of minutes because we shouldn't get caught.

When I enter, I find my mom sitting in the easy chair watching some Indian serials. What will an Indian mom to do in evening? Watch serials.

I was about to switch off the TV and ask her about the Canada trip but I am a Indian daughter brought up by a typical Indian parents. So I know what happens when you switch the TV off particularly when your mom is watching serial. Now I had no choice but to wait till it ends. By that time I went and got myself refreshed. 

After some time I could hear my mom cursing someone and I was sure that the serial ended with the note "To be Continued" after keeping a suspence. Why does this sound so funny to me right now? I can't go to my mom right now and ask about this because she would now be cracking her brain with what will happen in next episode. 

So I waited for some long time and later walked to the kitchen and found her preparing dinner and Ruhi was there gossiping with her. 

"Ma... Is it true we are going to chaaya aunty"s home this summer vacation?" I asked her because you cannot trust Ruhi. 

Ruhi stares at me. Still that stare cannot change my opinion about her soon or later.I rolled my eyes and looked at my mom waiting for her reply. 

"YES!" my mom smirks. 

That't it. What do I want in life more than this? Everything seemed so perfect. Going to Canada for summer vacation was one of my bucket list and now that is gonna come true. I won't even care if you take my life after this. I would probably die happily. 

I jumped around the home squeeling and screaming that my dad was almost gonna tap my mouth and lock me in a room. Yes! I was that happy that I didn't even care about anything after this point. 

Last but not the least how can I not tell this to Dua? I called her and narrated her the whole incident and she was happy and sad too, because if I go Canada for summer vacation I wouldn't return atleast for a month and she is gonna miss me to the core. Even I will miss her. But still my bucket list should be completed isn't it? Now I can't let my poor friend dowe so I diverted the topic and we were gossiping about random stuffs and The call lasted for an hour and unfortunatly Dua's charge was less and she had to end the talk. Why can't phone work without charging? Ugh! 

I then tried calling Inayya. But my gynocologist friend became too busy to attend my calls. Maybe she had night shifts. I texted her a long paragraph showing my annoyance and dissatisfaction for her not attending my calls. And now I was simply lying in my bed with so much good thoughts going around my head. I felt special. I had all good vibes around me. 

How nice it feels without Aadhvik's interferance in my life. I hope his flight crashes once, just once leaving his black jaguar forever with me. With all over dramatic thoughts within me, I went to sleep. I know this time I am gonna have a good, peaceful sleep after a long time. So how can I miss it.
