Chapter 7 Let's Get a Divorce

I only felt nausea. Even at this moment, Samuel was still blaming me.

Then, I turned my head to the side and pulled my hand away. "Samuel, let's get a divorce," I said.

Hearing my words, Samuel stood up impatiently and ran his hand through his hair. "Divorce? Are you really asking me for a divorce?"

"Yes. I don't love you anymore, Samuel." I was telling the truth.

"So what, Hannah? I just made a mistake that every successful man would make. Besides, nothing is going on between me and her. In love, men are always doing subtraction, while women do addition. With your lovesick brain, I doubt you'll be able to survive without me!"
