Two Sides

[Massimo’s POV]

I sit and watch as the members of Hunters Moon enter the large meeting room that has been set up for blood swearing to Giovani. Even though I had suggested waiting a bit so that the members were more likely to promise themselves to him, the man wanted to move things along as quickly as possible. In the end, he decided on two days after taking over Hunters Moon, which meant that we were sure to be met with some defiance.

Sighing, I wait as the members of Hunters Moon slowly pile in. While some immediately bow out of fear of what could possibly happen to them, others stand tall, and by the looks on their faces, I’m sure that they’re going to give some trouble.

They should, the small voice in the back of my head says, causing a wave of shock to slam into me.

I couldn’t quite understand it, but since seeing Tatiana, I felt like a war was going on inside of me. One side wanted to continue to hate and destroy everything she held dear, while the other wanted to stop that side
