CHAPTER FIFTY-FIVE

Evvie’s POV:

“Are you sure?” He asked, raising his brow.

“Yeah,” I shrugged.

Dad saw us out, and told us, especially me, to be extra careful.

Apparently, the training ground is no place for a woman like me.

I smiled at Dad, knowing he did not know what I was up to these past three years. What I have been doing, or what monsters I have been getting blood from nor how much blood is already in my hands.

“What made you change your mind?” Ethan asked, looking at me.

“Ethan, road.” I sighed at him. He would always do this when he wanted to talk to someone while driving.

If I only remember the way back to the pack house’s separate training ground, I would have snatched the will because he does not deserve it.

He reluctantly moved his gaze to the road in front of us, but his side glances kept coming without fail.

“I got nothing to do anyways. I still have over ninety days before I’ll be out of your hair.” I shrugged.
