CHAPTER 79 - GETTING A JOB

Avery's POV

“Ella, Ella where are you?” I suddenly became scared, I began to walk around and try to find her, and then I heard a voice coming from the other room.

“Yes, very fine, she is okay, I will try to make her feel better, okay, thank you, Sir,” I heard Ella say into the phone, she seemed to have wanted this call to be private and I was sure I was the person they talked about on the phone but I decided to act like I didn't hear a thing.

“Ella, I was looking all over for you!” I said walking into the room, she had ended the call at this point.

“I called my uncle to inform him about you and he approves,” she said with a smile, I breathed a sigh of relief, I was worried for nothing, the whole thing seemed strange to me and I was always on my toes.

“It is going to take some time for me to get used to this,” I said to myself as I hugged her, she looked shocked at first but she hugged me back almost immediately.
