VALERIE'S POV

"I don't want to stay in the mansion all day anymore" I started.

"You aren't thinking I would just allow you to leave now, right?" he asked, a blank look on his face.

"No it's not that" I said, chuckling a bit.

I already accepted my fate so I knew there was no use repeatedly asking him to let me go.

"Then what exactly are you asking for?" he asked curiously.

"I would like to get a job, I'm tired of being stuck in the mansion all day" I complained.

"Why did you make this seem more serious than it should be? You are free to get a job if you want" he stated.

"Wow really??" I asked in shock.

I had expected to be turned down immediately and be asked to stay at home all day. I'm glad this went easier than I had expected.
