CHAPTER 24

VALERIE'S POV

My eyes fluttered open and the first thing I saw was Pat's concerned face staring down at me.

"Ahhh" I moan softly in pain, feeling my head raging in pain.

"Sit up please and take these painkillers," Pat said, referring to the painkiller tablet on the bed side table.

Pat assisted me in sitting up on the bed since I was still feeling a bit weird. I noticed I wasn't currently in my room.

"Where am I?" I asked Pat, my voice cracking a bit.

"You're in one of the guest rooms inside the mansion, you lost consciousness so we brought you here. Please take your medicine first" she said, handing me a glass of water and two painkiller tablets.

"Thanks" I muttered, taking the medicine from her and immediately swallowing it.

"I still remember what happened clearly, where is Bianca?" I asked, noting she was nowhere to be found.

"At the hospital," Pat replied curtly.

"Okay chill. I definitely didn't do that much damage, why is she at the hospital" I asked in confusion.
