The Media's uproar

Sheila's POV

"Mistress, dinner is ready," Anna announced as she came into my room.

"I'm not hungry," I replied tiredly. I expected her to leave and let me be, but she stayed.

"But you missed breakfast and lunch. Do you want to skip dinner too? Master won't be happy about this," She said as she sat by the edge of the bed.

"Are you more worried about what your Master thinks or about my health?" I snapped without thinking.

I turned and saw the hurt on her face, though she tried to hide it. What was wrong with me? I shouldn't have snapped at her that way.

"I'm sorry, Anna. I didn't mean to snap at you; I've just not been myself lately,” I quickly apologized to her.

Remembering what happened this morning between me and Andrew had left me in a bad mood all day.

I wasn't sure if it was the doctor's prescription or the fact that Andrew didn't check on me after I left his room that upset me more.

Did that mean he didn't care about me? I expected him to follow me and offer an explanation, but
