Be ready by Nine

"Let's go to the hospital already!" said Layla as she pulled Beverly out of bed

"Mom,no!" she yanked her wrist from her mother's grip, afterwards she lowered dizzily on the bed "I said nothing's wrong with me."

"How could you say that?! You've been puking the acid from your belly,Beverly! Your face looks white and pale anyone could guess you don't look fine!"

"You haven't had anything to eat since yesterday!" Layla ranted,her voice full of worry "Because you can't stand the smell of food! How long will you continue this way?"

"It won't persist for long." claimed Beverly "I just need to rest and I'll be fine."

"No? You've been saying that for the past three days but the situation keeps exacerbating." she heaved a sigh "Listen to me this once, please?"

"We cannot go to the hospital, mother.You know how news fly around here.."
