It's great that you've finally reopened the agency,I always thought this day would never come,"Tasha,my friend and housemate who'd always been by my side since THEIR deaths two years ago,said." But,I don't think naming it after your sis is a good idea." Ever since that snowy day,it has always been hard for me during winter. I was always scared I'd die also if I drive during that period.

"That's what Rosie wanted,she told me to name it after her and her best food,"I explained sadly."It's too painful that she didn't get to see how I mixed her name with ice cream,"I cried

"I understand you,its okay. Just let go of the past and move on forward."

"That's what I have to do,"I said smiling a bit. It had been two years now since that day,though it wasn't enough to mourn over their deaths atleast it was enough to start living again.

"Well, while you're still thinking,I have to go to work"

"Okay,bye,"she hugged me and left the house as usual leaving me to my Mac book. I started dropping adverts for new employees into the agency. It was a babysitting agency,so I would have different babysitter from all over the world, some which are not in New york with me would work from home and provide babysitting services to people around their country or state,then I'd pay them monthly salary.

This was always my mum's idea before she died,now I have to continue from were she stopped. My mum never discriminated, she wanted both male and female babysitters, because they were both good. So I also added males to the ad.

Some minutes later,I started receiving some notifications on my Mac book, wondering what they were I dropped the plate which I was about using to take some cookies and went to check it. Clicking on the notification bar,I saw replies from the adverts I placed like 30 minutes ago,some were saying they'd been waiting for this day since my mum died and some were just surfing the internet and saw the ad. I send a reply to all of them, that they should come for an interview today by 2,since it was already 12.

I ate some cookies and downed them with milk,then went to pick out an outfit for the interview which would be done in my study,I'd already set up some chairs beside the room so they could wait there. My closet was filled with clothes I'd not worn in like forever,I only went out to get groceries these days. I hardly even knew my neighbours.

The house was a mini mansion designed by my father,he said it was just the perfect size for me and my sister to stay since we wanted to move out of our parents house. But since my sister died,the house felt too big for me,that's why I had to get a roommate,or should I say housemate.

Though my parents had a lot of money,hell they were millionaires,and had willed everything they had to me and my sister,I still felt a need to work and earn my own money,which is something my mum had always said we should do. We weren't some kind of spoilt rich kid who would spend their parents money lavishly instead of making their own money.

I picked a blue doggy t-shirt and a slightly washed jeans,with my black vans,this should be okay for an interview. Then I went to take a shower and wash my hair. When I got out of the bathroom,I blow dried my hair and combed it out,styling it into a ponytail. I got into my clothes and did some light make up,put on my contacts and wore my shoes.

The sound of the door bell made me jump a little before I went to get the door. It was a pretty young lady who had come for the interview, we headed straight to the study. I had made a sign which at the front door which says "If you're here for the interview, come in,climb the stairs and wait at the first door you see till your name is called"

The first lady's name was Briella Downs,I had immediately fallen in love with her,the way she talked would make you want to drop your child for her without hesitating, she had this weird charisma and looked like someone who loved kids. She had also been babysitting her siblings since she was 10. Though she was young,I still felt like she'd be the best for the job.

After 2 hours of interviews and I'd interviewed everyone, I finally took out my Mac book and ticked out the names of people who didn't get in,I had interviewed up to 30 people and had found 25 babysitters worthy of joining the agency,with only 5 males. I sent them each a message that they were to resume work the following Monday, which was in three days time.

Then,I settled down and did the interviews of those who weren't in New York through video calls. It would be just like it was with those who were with me in the country,the only difference was that,I'd not be seeing them physically, only through video calls.

After the interview,I found nine more people worthy of the position,at that time,Tasha had come back from work and had already prepared dinner for both of us,I was so exhausted.

I set the dining table,while she rounded up her cooking," I'm so tired,what have you been up to all day,besides video calling random people?"

"I wasn't video calling random people,that was an interview," I informed her. "I placed the ad for the agency and surprisingly in 30 minutes I'd received a lot of replies,even from people who aren't in New york"

"Wow,I was thinking when you placed it,it would take like three days before you get replies."

"I guess some people knew about the agency when my mum was about making it,so it was easy."I told her.

"That's good,so how many people did you interview?"

"Like 45",Tasha nodded smiling with a mouthful of mac and cheese in her mouth." So how did your day go?"

"We'll,nothing new really happened,"she said frowning a bit,"Mr Falcon kept picking on me as usual."

"You should quit that job and join me in managing the agency,you know,"I said as a matter of fact."We could do this together."

"As much as I want to do that,I don't want him to think I'm a weakling or something. Like I ran away because of him." I understood what she was saying,but I felt she didn't have to put up with his trash anymore.

"If you change your mind,the job is still open for you okay?" She nodded yes.

So I've finally dropped the second chapter,I hope you enjoyed it more than the last one,and its slightly longer than it.

I also enjoyed writing it a lot.And sorry if there were a lot of errors,I've not proof read the chapter.
