“You have to say something Richard, you heard what she said”, Emily said to Richard who was still trying to understand the basis of Barbara’s utterance.

In a split second, Barbara walked towards Emily and made to drag the baby out of her arms. Emily cried out and moved backwards, throwing dead glares at her, warning her to stay away.

“Stop this moment!” Richard finally shouted when he realized that Barbara was really trying to take the child away from her.

He took slow steps closer to her and stopped when he was only a foot away. He grabbed her on her wrist until she yelped in pain.

“You killed your child and now, you’re trying to take another woman’s child?” Richard barked angrily, tightening his grip on her wrist and ignoring her quiet whimpers.

“Your game is over! We should end all of this now”, Richard gritted his teeth in rage and started dragging her out of the room.
