Chapter 171

Emily got off the cab and glanced at the massive hotel that stood just at her front. A smile curved aside her lips as she rolled her luggage into it.

She might be feeling empty and desolated, but she was rich to some extent.

Just after she watched the press conference Richard organized, she made up her mind to push forward with life, without him. It was a difficult decision, but one that was made in a split second.

Once she was done with that, she placed a call across to a house agency; one of the places she once went to searching for a job.

She had a meeting with them and after explaining how urgent she needed to leave, they helped her with some amount of money which would be refunded once her house gets sold.

That prompted her to take the next available flight out of the city and now, she was at a hotel in Madison; far from the city that broke her heart.
