Chapter 127

Emily was the first to wake up.

She jerked up the moment she realized that the ceiling looked different from the one in Richard’s mansion.

And then, the next thing she saw made her jaws drop in surprise. She was naked and so was Richard.

“Oh my God!” She yelped and held her head that was banging furiously.

All efforts to recall what transpired last night proved abortive, and the more she tried to think, the more her head ached.

“Richard!” Emily tapped him until he swirled around and eventually woke up.

Richard opened his eyes and glanced around, taking in the new environment and wondering how he got there.

He caught sight of Emily and for a minute, his heart got relaxed. However, that didn’t last for long because he remembered that he never left the house with Emily.

“Emily? What are you doing here?” He hurriedly sat up and looked around.

His eyes popped out of his socket when he observed that she wasn’t putting on any clothes, and neither was he.
