Chapter 114

Emily had just finished cleaning the entire house when she caught sight of Barbara on the balcony.

She shivered calmly but pretended as though she wasn’t moved.

“Hello, ma’am”, she greeted Barbara with a wide smile on her lips and without waiting to confirm if her greeting got a response, she sauntered into the kitchen.

She couldn’t decipher why Barbara was still around by this time of the day.
