WRITER’S POV

“Sir, about the Williams Motors Project. I would like to send off the signed documents now.” Lawrence’s secretary, Miss Jones said as she stopped in front of Lawrence’s desk.

“Ah, right...” Lawrence pulled open the drawer where he had kept the documents for the project.

He stared longer at it, still uncomfortable with just signing it off. He already asked Jessie to find something, any evidence at all he could show his father to prove his suspicious.

He glanced at his wrist-watch, it was past an hour since Jessie left to check for the last time. He just has to wait for a little more.

“Sir, is there a problem?” Miss Jones asked.

Lawrence gave a shake of head. “You may go back to work; I will let you know when I sign on it.”

“I’m sorry, but I must send the document to the office in charge very soon.”
