Chapter 93

Last two weeks have been so busy for me and my whole company. We were celebrating the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Brown Empire. The preparations didn't let any of us take a leisurely breath for the past two weeks.

Though I managed to get three hours to celebrate Valentine's Day with Jennifer and then after that again, we couldn't get time to even talk.

The party was tomorrow evening and finally we all heaved a sigh of relief as the work was done. It was almost 3:00 in the evening, knowing that Jennifer must be about to get free from her classes, I decided to go and pick her up from her university.

“ I'm leaving home, James. Let me know if anything comes up. ” I said, closing the laptop and getting up from the chair.
