The next whole week was not the best of my life as Christian would leave before I woke up and come back after I fell asleep.

The brown empire is having its silver jubilee next week and they are planning on announcing a big project in the event. So Christian was busy in preparations.

Though he would call me at least once In the day but It wasn't enough and I was missing him badly. I tried being up until he came back at night but my study wouldn't allow me. I had exams on my head and Christian strictly restrained me from doing this.

It was Valentine's day, and I couldn't be more unlucky to not even be able to see my Valentine's face. Sighing in frustration, I took a shower and got ready to leave for the university.

I couldn't have breakfast alone so I would usually skip it now and eat something in the cafeteria with my girls.

As soon as I stepped inside the campus, I regretted leaving the penthouse.
