Chapter 13 - TROUBLES ARISING

Bella’s POV

Judging from everyone's weird looks, it seems they were as shocked as I was too. Literally, I was expecting Alpha Draco to do the needful–yank her hand off him but he was doing the opposite. Just like the way he did to me, he was much more to this strange woman whose gaze finally shifted to mine. Meanwhile, Max was still in the seat. The air was a bit thick and I felt my cheeks all flushed.

“And…who…is she?” The strange woman pointed at me, giving me a disgusting look. Max looked from me to Alpha Draco.

“Sarah, is that you?” Max looked at her, surprise etched on his face as he gently stood up from the table, leaving behind the food he had barely touched.

So that's her name, “Sarah.” I thought to myself.

“Yes. Yes, you remember me right?” Max approached her and stretched his hand forward.
