Chapter 18 Blake

Morning came and us men were doing everything we could to make sure this wedding is going to go off without a hitch. Jade and I went over to the next town to pick up the flowers while my dad and Jared went to pick up our tuxedos.

Next to the flower boutique is a small jewelry store. Something from the window caught my eye and I decided to check out the store after we had the flowers in my truck. "Jade, I want to check something out really quick in this store." I motioned at the jewelry store and Jade complied and followed me into the store.

As we made our way inside the store there were glass cases filled with rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings that made a U-shape with a clerk behind the counter to assist customers. More display cases were enclosed on walls displaying pins, pearls, diamonds, and sapphires. Jade went his own way looking at the bracelets in the cases, while I walked towards the window display to look at what caught my eye.
