Chapter 21 Winter

As I was driving to the cemetery my mind wandered to what Blake could have possibly gotten me. I feel bad because I wasn't expecting anything at all. We just started, well, started being a couple I guess you could say. Too bad it's Christmas and all the little shops and stores are closed otherwise I would see if I could find something for him. I just don't feel right that he got me something and I didn't get him a thing.

I approached the cemetery and parked the car in the same spot as last time, at the top of the hill. Snow covered the ground and I brought along a blanket to kneel on while visiting. I reached my dad's grave and his headstone was covered in snow. I wiped my hand to brush off the snow and placed the blanket down and kneeled.

"Hi daddy, Merry Christmas," I started. "I met someone daddy. His name is Blake. I think you would have liked him. He's tall, handsome, caring, and he loves me. I love him too. I'd like to think you had something to do with it since I mentioned some
