Daemon Boar

The gemstones join together to create one big gemstone and from that gemstone, a huge Daemon boar with a larger tusk standing on its two hoofs was formed. It glared down at them and growled.

“ it grew bigger ” Teresa mumbled to herself.

“ Yes, we can see that ” Dove replied, sarcastically. It glanced at Amaria, anger flashed through its eyes as it became more aggressive and charged toward her.

' why is it coming towards me? ' Amaria mentally screamed. She turned sharply and began to run.

“ whyy is it chasing Amaria? ” Dove asked,

“ I don't know but we have to stop it before it destroys the town and kills Amaria,” Elex said. Dove scoffed and Teresa replied, “ Elex, did you see the size of that thing? We can't defeat it easily, that's a warrior Daemon boar, the strongest type of Daemon boar ever seen, we do not have the power.”

“ You mean you do not have the power, right?” Dove said with a smirk on her face. Teresa sighed and rolled her eyes.

“ Look Elex I'm sure we can take this thing down,” Dove said, Elex brows furrowed and replied, “ We have to try ” then he turned to the hybrid and said, “ Do not do anything and stay hidden ” glaring daggers at him. The hybrid only had a blunt look on his face as he nodded and sat on the ground.

“ But Elex he could be of help” Teresa urged.

“ I had rather die than to work with a daemon or be helped by a Daemon like him, come on let's go, ” Elex replied as he ran after the Daemon boar and Dove followed.

Teresa was about to follow them but she paused and glanced at the hybrid. ' he isn't technically a Daemon his just part daemon and he is powerful ' she thought.

“ I have decided… ” she mumbled, he raised his head and stared blankly at her as he tilted his head.

“ You carry a Daemon with you,” he said, Teresa's eyes widened, 'how did he know? I am sure I told Rex to conceal his presence and magic before leaving, so how? '

“ n-not… uh how … how dare you accuse me of such?” Teresa stuttered, The hybrid pointed towards her bag and said with a smile, “ I can smell him, it's a daemon direwolf cub very rare to find these days,”

Teresa gulped and was about to speak but he stood up and walked toward her and whispered, “ I won't tell, do not worry, so what is it have you decided on?”

Teresa heaved a sign of relief and said, “ Those two foolish allies of mine think they can defeat that daemon on their own, I want you to help us, ”

“ They do smell weaker than that daemon but what makes you think I can defeat it?” he asked. Teresa brainstormed for a while and smiled brightly, “ I have an idea follow me. ”

He shook his head and sat back on the ground, Teresa stared at him with a confused expression on her face.

“ He told me to stay hidden ” He replied, Teresa sighed and said, “ Listen, If you don't help us, everyone in this town might die, ”, he had a grim look on his face and said, “ The people of this town only treated me … like…trash… every single…day,”

He glanced at Teresa and scowled at her.

Teresa had a frightened look as she moved back a little and said, “ I'm sorry, I didn't know, ” , His face softened as he shook his head and said, “ I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you.”

“ Just please help us if not for this town then for my allies, Amaria, Elex … and Dove,” Teresa said, 'Amaria' he thought as he stared at the cloak in his hand.

He sighed and mumbled, “ I have to give her back, it would be impolite of me if I don't give her back and thank her,”

He then stood on his feet and said, “ let's go ” Teresa nodded and they both ran off.

Elex and Dove already transformed into their Werewolf form and ran side by side with Amaria.

“ Dove, carry Amaria on your back, lure it out of the town and into the forest. ” Elex ordered, Dove nodded and did as he said. She carried Amaria, lured it out of the town and into the forest, Elex transformed back into his human form and jumped in front of the Daemon boar. He gathered a lot of mana into his huge sword, ' this ends now!'

He swung his sword forward hoping to slice this Daemon into two but nothing of that sort happened, Daemon boar was still running, the attack didn't affect it.

“ Oh no! ” Elex exclaimed. He gathered mana into his arms making his biceps and triceps grow immensely, as soon as the Daemon boar reached him ready to send Elex flying by using its tusk he grabbed both tusks and pinned them to the ground. But the Daemon boar didn't want to stay still, it struggled aggressively to release itself and it did. Elex wasn't able to pin it down for long, the Daemon boar stood on its feet and used its tusk to throw Elex into the bushes, it then raised its feet and was about to stump on him but Elex grabbed it and yelped in pain, the Daemon boar added more force and Elex gathered more mana in his arms as he screamed

“ Ahhh! ”

Dove ran as fast and far away as she could.

“ Hey Dove stop you're at your limit,” Amaria said, Dove stopped and Amaria got off her. Dove transformed back to her human form and stretched her limbs for a bit.

“I think we lost it,” Amaria said,

“ nope, that thing won't rest until it kills its prey, which is you, for some reason,” Dove said, giving Amaria a suspicious glare.

Amaria sighed and said, “ I don't know why it thinks of me as its prey and can you stop staring at me like that. ”

Dove stopped and rolled her eyes, “ Elex won't be able to kill that thing on his own. ”

“ Neither can you, why did you help me anyway?” Amaria said, Dove scowled at her and said, “ Oh! watch your tongue, human, you think I want to help, I'm only helping you because you are somehow the niece of the great Alpha King Theon if you die, we all die. Alpha Esmeralda is going to kill me, she respects Alpha King Theon, they all respect him.”

Amaria scoffed and said, “ I'm not a human, I'm a werewolf” as she sat under a huge tree,

“ A Werewolf with no Werewolf gene is better known as a mere human. You can't transform, no magic and you've passed puberty. You're a complete joke. ” Dove smirked.

Amaria's face went cold, she disappeared from where she sat while Dove blabbed and appeared behind Dove, wrapped her arm around Dove's neck and placed a dagger on her neck. Dove gasped and Amaria asked, “ Can a mere human do this? ”
