Chapter four

I think I'm waking up when I hear voices talking about another Alpha coming to visit us, it is a last minute notice visit so Alpha Derek is not happy about it all. He wanted me to be sorted out first but now that wouldn't happen and we would just have to make sure none of them came over here and the docotor would have to stay with me. 

Then all I saw was black again. This time when I started coming back my head had a sharp pain running through it and my lower stomach felt like it had been punched fifty times. My mouth is so dry. I try to move my arms and legs but I am stopped by the leather straps. That is when it all comes flooding back to me. The injection and them forcing me to have my arms and legs strapped down. What had they done to me? The doctor then notices that I am awake and comes over to me. There is just me and him in the same room that I was orignially brought to, so they had not moved me. 

He starts to squeeze a bag of yellow looking liquid that is hung at the side of me and checks something on it. I realise that the bag of liquid is attached to a wire that is going into my arm and is kept there by some tape. What are they doing all this for? I thought they wanted me to have their baby, was it all a lie to do tests on me?

Then I get this weird sensation, like something is pulling me in a certain direction but I can't follow it. I wonder what is going on but then the sensation stops as quickly as it had begun. What the hell is going on. Had they given me something to make me feel this way? Was it a side affect? I was never going to get the answers that I was looking for. I was of no significance to them, to them I didn't need to have any answers. I now just had to go with the ride and just hope nothing too bad happened. 

I don't even know how many more times I half woke up hearing diffent things. One time the Alpha was really mad and throwing things around the room and it took the Luna to calm him down, but I couldn't put together enough of what he was saying to know what he was mad at. 

Sometimes it was just the doctor, sometimes the Luna and Alpha was there and then there were times it was just the Luna and she was the weirdest when it was just her. She always seemed to be sat in a chair besides me and rubbing my belly while humming a song. I kept getting the same pulling feeling and it was getting stronger and stronger everytime but it would always eventually stop. 

Then one day is when it all changed. I was laid on the bed awake and it was just me and the doctor. When I could start hearing this huge grunting, snarling and fighting happening somewhere close to where I was. The doctor looked around, he was scared. 

He left out of the back door that was there and I was left alone tied down to the bed. When all of a sudden the door was pulled from the hindges and this tall man charges through the door. 

Then I felt that pull stronger than I had before. I look up to him and my heart stops for a second at how beautiful he was. His dark brown, almost black hair swept to one side. shaped his face perfectly and made his amber eyes the focus of his face. I could see a tattoo on his neck that disappeared into the top of his tight black t-shirt. His dark blue jeans hugged his legs perfectly and showed just how powerful they were. 

"Mate!!"  Amanda was saying giddily in my head. She can't be right this amazing man can't be our mate. Then in a deep booming voice he spoke

"Mate." 

I gasped it is true he is ours. He comes running over to me and rips the leather straps off me. and picks me up but stops when the wire in my arm pulls. 

He lays me back down gently

"This won't hurt." He says in the same deep voice as before. He pulls out the needle in my arm and picks me back up again. I feel so small in his arms and I am scared, but at the same time I feel safe for the first time in my life. I had a million thoughts running through my head. Who is he? was he nice? what happens if he came from a pack worse than this one? I hope he doesn't reject me once he realises what I am and how worthless I am. However right now he was the better option than being tied to that bed.

He walks back outside with me in his arms, never once wavering with the weight of me. 

As he carries on walking with me I start getting worried, what would Alpha Derek do? He must feel my distress as he stops for a moment. 

"Don't worry my mate you are safe now, whoever did that to you will pay." 

"It was Alpha Derek, he is an Alpha he will keep me from you." I say with panic starting to rise up my throat. 

"Do not fear that is not going to happen." 

"How?" I say with a shaky voice. Then out of nowhere I hear another make voice saying

"Alpha who is that?" 

I look around scared that Alpha Derek was there until I realise that this man is talking to my mate, to the man carrying me. NO NO this can't be right I can't be the mate of an Alpha. 

He looks deep into my eyes and I feel myself calming down. 

"She is my mate and is to be protected at all costs until we get her back to our pack." 

"Yes Alpha." He says while looking confused and surprised at the same time. 

We carry on walking, I don't even know where we are headed all I can hear is fighting happening all around me. I don't want to look, it sounds horrible enough I didn't need to see what it looks like aswell. Before we reach our destination a loud roar echoes behind us and then

"She is mine, put her down now." Alpha Derek speaks. 

My mate slowly lowers me down. NO NO NO he was going to give me back to Derek.

Then he pushes me behind him. 

I look around and there is just Alpha Derek no one else is with him. 

"That's it give her back to me." 

Then he turns towards Derek and Derek gasps

"You, what are you doing with her?" 

"She is my Mate." Dereks face drips white.
