Tyler POV

My gaze bore into Blake with a mix of anger and disbelief as the words hung heavily in the air. "Are you trying to say..." I began, my voice laced with a challenging tone, my alpha dominance asserting itself.

Blake, however, stood his ground, unwavering in his conviction. He met my glare with a calm resolve, his voice steady and respectful. "With due respect, I'm saying it as a matter of fact," Blake replied, his words cutting through the tension. "I think Theda deserves someone who's not the least bit of a monster, as you've become."

The directness of Blake's statement caused my features to contort momentarily, a bitter chuckle escaping my lips. The realization of my own transformation seemed to sting, even if just for a moment. My eyes narrowed, my grip on my emotions tightening.

I think she is so dumb. Nothing is worth what she’s going through not even him. When she gonna learn and leave his ass, he’s tried to kill her multiple times. I just can’t believe how this book is going. Nobody in the right mind would put up with what she has.
