RAVEN POV

“Thank you.”

The man who drove the truck of goods I brought all the way from Father's pack, assisted Aella with getting them off his property.

It was quite much, and my home looked complete from the look of things. “Thank you again.”

I handed a note to him and he drove off the next moment, leaving myself and Aella in the large compound.

It didn't take long for the young maid to do her job: taking the stuff into the house while all I did was relax and recover from the stress I had undergone the hour before.

My appointment with the doctor was in a few days and I was trying my best to sleep and have much rest before the day came, just so I am not told about how sick the kids were.

“Thank you, Aella, but you should return to the pack. I'm sure Luna is in search of you and will complain if you are not seen before the next hour ends.”
