Once again they were surrounded by a serene stale air of discomfort. Aurora looked away whereas Rosario nibbled on his lips nervously. He wanted to talk but didn't know how to.
His eyes cascaded down to her belly that was securely covered with her protective palm.
'It was because she was pregnant with Damien's baby that she wanted to get away from me. She thought I would ruin her future.' Rosario closed his eyes as he mused.
Damn it, he felt so stupid and crazy.
Had he known about her cute little secret she was hiding from the whole world including the father of the baby, he would have assured her that she was safe around him and won't be bothered by the special relationship he assumed they held.
