Alpha Joe's POV

He let out a sigh, his voice heavy with worry. "My thoughts are consumed by Lilith, my prince. I can't help but wonder where she is right now and how she's managing all alone." He closed his eyes briefly and then opened them, his concern evident. "I just pray that nothing bad has befallen her."

"Nothing will happen to her!" I asserted firmly, refusing to entertain fear. Fear only brought torment. As we approached the dense vegetation of the forest, I glanced at Adrian.

"I believe it's best if we transform into wolves," I suggested. "It will enhance our vision, especially in this dim light. It will also improve our agility and provide added protection against any potential threats out there."
