Amelia's POV

I heard some sounds from a distance, it was distinctly clear like the door was being opened or something, I just felt weak to get up or open my eyes. Someone just intruded by privacy? Was I still intact? And Ethan? Is he doing okay?

I slipped into unconsciousness again.

I gradually opened my eyes to survey my surroundings and saw someone staring at me, whosoever they were, they were leaning against the desk by the walk, I could see them vaguely, it looked like there was a white veil between us. So I couldn't see the person on the other side clearly.
