"Why are you wasting time?" Daniel asked, getting annoyed. They both have been in his office for the last hour and Gabriel was waiting for them at their meeting place.

"I'm thinking. Can you leave me alone," Axel grumbled, annoyed.

"What are you thinking? There's this scowl plastered on your face. Something is bothering you," Daniel muttered and Axel hated how he could easily tell when there was something wrong with him.

"It's Evelyn," He sighed, rubbing his face and then throwing his head back on the headrest of the chair as he stared at the ceiling.

"Did she do something?"

"No. Last night was the full moon. She needed blood and looked so pale. I offered her my blood, Daniel. And it was the best time for her to suck me dry and kill me but instead when I woke up in the morning. There was a blanket on top of me," He gritted in frustration.
