"I'm not going to eat you. So calm down!" He said in his thick morning voice that was like a velvety caress to her soul and she suppressed the shiver that raked through her body after hearing his voice.

Instead of replying to him, she tried to get away from him. And how in the world should she reply to whatever he has spouted?

"Evelyn," His tone held a warning but she couldn't care less.
