LOGAN’S POV

Gertrude sighed heavily before speaking. “The reason why you cried?”

“Yes. The confident smirk on your face tells me that you know the reason why I cried,” I said while staring at him. Waiting for an answer.

“You’re the only one who has the answer to that question, Logan. So Logan, what’s the answer to that question?” He asked, also waiting for an answer.

I glared daggers at him.

“What the hell do you mean?” My bass voice echoed. “You’re beginning to sound a lot like the moon goddess. How would I know the answer to my question and I still insist on asking you?”

“It’s simply because you can’t accept that answer. That answer is something you don’t want to be subjected to and that’s why you refuse to agree to it,” he said while wearing a disturbing smirk on his face. “You’re staring at me like you don’t understand yet you do.”

He talked about how I knew the answers to my questions but I refused to answer them. At the moment, my question wasn’t as important. My current problem
