Chapter 37.

AMBER’S POV

I woke up and found out that alpha Logan and I had slept while hugging each other. This was the type of moment I had dreamed of capturing with my spouse but instead I was stuck with the grumpy alpha.

I placed him on the bed so he could sleep better. I also slept beside him. I woke up in the middle of the night and checked the clock. It was three o’clock.

I wasn’t able to sleep anymore because I had starved to feel a bitter taste in my tongue. My tongue felt like I had tasted some gall. And the only thing on my mind now was to eat chocolate. I didn’t want sugar, nor ice cream, nor candy. I only wanted chocolate and I couldn’t get chocolate alone so I needed the help of someone. I came to the realization that alpha Logan was beside me.

I tapped him, the only thing he did was to change sleeping positions. I tapped him even harder and he rose up like he was being chased in the dream.

“Wake up, Logan,” I tapped him again.

“I’m up I’m up,” he brushed his eyes and looked around.
