CHAPTER 65: Burning Desires

My heart raced as she moved closer; I felt the warmth of her body against mine as I wrapped my arms around her. She was so close; I could feel the heat radiating off her body.

I don’t know what was happening between us, why was she acting like this, but it only drove me crazy. I couldn’t stop myself from touching her all over as if she was made only for me. I leaned in to her, my lips tightly brushing against her neck. She shuddered, her breath catching in her throat.

I breathed in the scent of her, sweet, like honeysuckle on a warm summer night. I wanted to get lost in it forever. She turned in my arms and looked into my eyes, her own filled with emotion, our hearts beating in unison, making me crave for every inch of her body.

I felt like I was being pulled closer to her, like gravity was drawing us together, like nothing could keep us apart. I didn’t want to think about those odds that’ll snatch away this moment from my hands.
