EDEN.

The door was shut behind me. I slammed my palm on it repeatedly but no one responded. “She told me to put on my school uniform as a freshener but everyone is having their most expensive clothes on.” I rubbed my nose, staring at the door.

She must think that being engaged to Tyrion is an achievement, and attending her engagement eve is so crucial. Now that I was embarrassed and thrown out, she will love it that way, when she was the one who insisted that I would come.

I turned to take my leave since there was nothing else I could do. There's no cloth at home that would suit the ceremony so it would be of no use changing up and returning here again.

I boarded a cab that would take me home. I can't waste the little strength I have while trekking. When the car stopped before the gate, I pulled out the chain on my neck which came with my school properties, and handed it to the driver. “It will cost more than the money. Just take it since I don't have any money to pay you.” I explaine
