It was in the evening when he pulled inside the gas station, he got them snacks from the convenience store. Adriel thanked him as both the siblings dug in the food, they both were hungry and tired but Catherine was in so much freaking pain. She has been sitting like a board for hours, her back was burning in pain.
She offered biscuits to Rasmus, as he was driving and wasn't eating. His eyes met hers and he instantly looked away, grabbed two, and crunched on them.
