Go For It

We walk around the mall for a while and I can’t help but notice how everyone here is just living life, normal life. I guess they have a good Mayor, very unlike the one in my city. He has enough police to control the criminals and take care of people, even amidst chaos. And it helps they were clearly ultra-rich before this mess. Motherfuckers.

The tiny amount of guilt I felt completely disappears right then and I pull Lion’s hand when I find a store that sells both men’s and women’s clothes.

“Wait, let’s make this even more fun,” Lion says, stopping me as soon as we walk into the store. He has that naughty smile again. I sigh and prepare myself, "Let's pick each other's outfits. I pick yours, you pick mine."

That has the potential of being disastrous. But as I’m looking up at his dumb, stupid, childish smile, I feel... infected.
