First Wrong Words

Staring at her gorgeous face, listening to her snores, he could tell she was tired. Even in her sleep, she looked as though she was fighting lots and lots of demons.

Alpha Ciandra has slept for five hours straight and from the looks of things, if Beta Garrick didn’t wake her up, she would sleep for even two days straight. Her body needed recovery and her mind too.

Earlier on, after arriving, Beta Garrick had been sweet enough and had drawn a bath for her, and after it had been ready, she had asked him to excuse her to bathe. It is not like Beta Garrick would have voiced his wish to help her wash up.
