Alpha Blade Where Is Susan??
Blade’s POVI spent the next ten minutes sitting on my couch, wondering why Emily had been with Dexter at the horsemen fountain, and although I knew there were about a hundred innocent reasons why, I still bothered myself until I decided to quit being jealous and overprotective and push it out of my mind. To my utmost shock, when I checked the hidden chamber in my pendulum clock, the necklace was missing and I was a hundred percent sure that it had been there. Could Susan had taken it? But why? Speaking of Susan, it was about three weeks since she left and I had offered her just a two-week leave. Susan wasn’t the type to disobey and even if she wanted to extend her leave i knew she would have called to inform either me or Dexter. Susan would have been a great help in finding my necklace, but since she wasn’t around, I had to find it myself. I checked my room again and after I had turned everywhere upside down, I stormed outside in annoyance and frustration.

Emily’s POVTheir voices became louder and although I couldn’t hear what they were saying, I could tell that they were having a heated argument. Dexter was mad and was throwing things at the Ripper who appeared to be the calmer of the two. I kept my eyes glued to the Ripper and I wished he could stare at me with those dark eyes of his like he had done at the party months ago. Dexter was yelling orders to his betas present and they began to encircle the Ripper. Harrison came from behind Dexter and handed a glistening bottle to Dexter.
