Chapter 24

Arturo pov

I turned and a body fell like a log of wood, to my surprise it was no other person than Tanya, I screamed her name hitting her face lightly.

She opened her eyes, I told her to stay with me. She struggled to keep her eyes open, I broke the stick of the arrow while shouting at her to stay with me.

I observed the part of her body the arrow hit, luckily the arrow missed the heart though it was closer. I helped Tanya to sit in an erect position while I hit the part of her body the arrow was with my palm and of course a force was applied too.

Immediately the arrow flew out of her body causing her to throw up blood from her mouth. I tore my cloth, tying the part the arrow came out from, and placed her in my car.

I drove recklessly into my pack blowing horn so that everyone would clear the way for me. For the first time I was scared of losing her.

I rushed her to the physician's place who began treatment on her without wasting time. I kept walking back and forth as I wa
