ARTURO POV

Once my plane touched down in New Bever airport, I turned on my GPS tracker. Before frank left for the business trip I sent him, I planted a chip on him. No that I suspected him or anything but just in case he got into trouble

I noticed his car was moving fast on my screen, then it suddenly slowed down but didn't stop moving.
