Chapter 8

Aguilar:

I walked inside my room to find the maids and servants cleaning the room, preparing it for the night.

My eyes met a concubines for a moment, but she was quick to look down at her feet, avoiding my gaze. I smirked at her sight and watched as everyone left before I wrapped my hand around her wrist, stopping her.

“What’s your name?” I asked, watching as her cheeks reddened.

Her lips moved for a moment, but nothing came out of her voice, and her racing heart told me that she was both excited and nervous.

“Allison.” She said, finally speaking.

“Allison,” I said, and she nodded. I guided her toward my bed, and I watched as she slowly pushed me to sit down on the edge of it. I smirked at her dominance, and I watched, in silence, as she stripped herself off her clothes.

I eyed her for a moment, admiring her beauty. She was young, it was obvious, not older than twenty, a small scar was on her right hip, but nevertheless, the rest of her body could have been mistaken for porcelain.

I wrapped my arm around her, pulling her to my lap, making her gasp before I connected my lips with hers as I had her straddling my lap.

She slowly grinded against me, feeling my hardening cock under her. I kissed her neck, letting my lips linger there for a moment before sucking on her sweet spot, right where her heart was beating, right where an Alpha was to mark his mate. It wasn’t until the girl moaned that I pulled away, knowing that I would be leaving a mark, a bruise, on her neck the next morning.

I stood, lifting her in my arms, before gently laying her on top of the bed, watching as she lay nakedly in front of me. I smirked at her sight, and she bit her bottom lip as she blushed. I slowly stripped off my clothes, watching as her eyes widened when as she took in my cock slapping my abdomen. Her heart raced, and I could see her panicking, but taking her hands in mine, I wrapped them around me, making her stroke me, wanting her to grow comfortable.

“Relax, Allison,” I whispered, leaning in toward her lips. I kissed her gently before pushing her back, laying her down on the bed. Her eyes were fixed on mine for a moment and it wasn’t until I took both her hands in mine, removing her right one from my shaft, that she looked me in the eye.

“We can stop if you want.” I whispered, knowing that she wouldn’t want to. She might be nervous, but it was rare when one of the concubines stopped the Alpha. If anything, some of them wanted to be touched by the Alpha.

She shook her head, and I smiled. I positioned myself with her before pushing the head inside her. Her eyes widened in surprise and she squeezed my hands, I squeezed hers back in assurance.

I kissed her forehead, letting my lips linger there for a moment as I pushed myself all the way inside her. And it wasn’t until I was balls deep that I stopped as I pulled away from the kiss to look her in the eye.

“Tell me when.” I whispered, allowing her to adjust. “The pain should ease in a bit…”

Allison looked at me as she lay on my bed, quiet, watching me for a moment as I let out a heavy breath.

“You can leave,” I said, dismissing her. Her eyes avoided mine and she nodded, getting up from the bed. She wrapped the blanket around her body before walking toward the door and knocking on it. The girls would be waiting for her outside with fresh clothes for her to wear.

I got up from bed and put on my pants, knowing that I wouldn’t be able to get any shut eye for a while. The fact that my mate was within the walls of the palace was something beyond me, and the fact that I didn’t even understand how she was here, how she turned out to be human, and where she was right now annoyed me more than I could let out. But I knew not to press on the topic. Something, somehow, was going to be different. Though what it was, I didn’t know.

“Can’t sleep?” Ezio asked from his veranda. I looked at him and shook my head.

“And it seems to me that you can’t either?” I asked, and he nodded.

“Things are going to grow a lot more complicated for us. And I can’t help but find myself thinking of that.” He said, and I nodded.

“The stronger we grow, the more we are going to face complications. But then again, isn’t that why we chose to walk this road?” I asked, and he took a deep breath.

“Little did we know, we would be here after the years of exile and struggle.” He said, and I nodded.

“Indeed, little did we know…”
